How do we work together?
We join your communication channels, product discussions and relevant meetings. You work directly with the people doing the design.
How flexible is the engagement?
One month at a time, with no long-term commitment. Before the next month, we agree on whether to continue. If your needs change, you can choose not to renew.
Can we expand the team?
Yes. A lead and one senior designer cost $11,000 per month. A lead and two senior designers cost $16,000. Changes are agreed with you.
What can move forward at once?
We agree on scope, timing and parallel work based on complexity, priorities and feedback. When needs change, we adjust the plan together.
